Turnaround Time

• READY TO SHIP - Items will be packaged and shipped out in 3-5 business days.

• MADE TO ORDER - Most jewelry pieces and some limited production sculptural pieces are made to order. Currently, pieces are completed in 3 - 4 weeks plus shipping, unless otherwise specified in item description. Turnaround times generally double from summer through Christmas. Contact me if you'd like to discuss expediting an order.

• DOMESTIC SHIPPING: All items include FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING within the continental U.S. CONTACT for express shipping rates.

• INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Rates vary by country. I have a standard shipping amount set at checkout for all international orders, but there may be additional costs after your order is placed and I’ve calculated your country. Please contact me before purchase if you’d like a precise cost. All International shipping may be subject to customs fees.
  

Returns & Exchanges

I do want you to be happy with your purchase, and I take great care to uphold a high level of craftsmanship. Please contact me with any questions before you make a purchase.

That being said, exchanges are possible if contact is made within 5 days of package receipt. Pieces must be shipped back with postal insurance, in original packaging and condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise discussed. Refunds will be considered on an individual basis. Please contact me with any issues.
